Your Tasmanian charter will put you right in the midst of some of the most pristine water and majestic coastal cliff formations in the world. Tasman Island, Hippolyte Rocks, Maria Island, Bruny Island, Fortescue Bay, Waterfall Bay, Pirates Bay and Port Arthur are just some of the sights you will see from an ocean view.
It is common during the whale migrating seasons, May – July and September – November, to observe Humpback and/or Southern Right Whales. It is also possible that you will come across other less common whales such as the Pygmy Right, Minke and of course the Killer Whale also known as the Orca.
You can also expect to encounter Seals,Common & Bottle Nosed Dolphins, Sea Eagles, Shy Albatross, and a variety of other sea birds including Short-Tailed Shearwater, Common Diving Petrel, Australasian Gannet, Black-Faced Cormorant, Crested Tern, Sooty Oystercatcher.
Tasmania has so much to offer the fishing enthusiast also, whether you are a seasoned angler or sportsfisherman, or just happy dangling a line in the brine and enjoying the scenery and the wildlife.
